Endorsements!

This week, Matt Hartman, Candidate for School Committee announced the endorsements of two labor unions, IBEW Local 103 and the Massachusetts & Northern NE Laborers District Council. Together these unions represent thousands of workers across the region and in Melrose. 

“I’m grateful for the support from these important labor groups,” said Mr. Hartman. “My work at the statehouse has often been in furtherance of labor rights, to ensure that workers have a voice in the workplace, and to expand apprenticeship opportunities. I’ve worked closely for years with labor leaders to create access to more good careers and I’m looking forward to working with our unions here in Melrose to do the same.”
